We'll arrive at our hotel in the evening and enjoy a distinctively Italian dinner before devotions and slipping into an exhaustive coma.
Day 3
After breakfast we will take a ferry boat to the island of Venice where you will perform as a group for a local primary school. You will now have something in common with Vivaldi as he has also performed in this great city. After your performance, you will have free time to enjoy St. Mark's Square, undoubtedly the most photographed and famous plaza in Europe. St. Mark's is in the heart of the city, surrounded by chic sidewalk cafes and boutiques. You will enjoy a walking tour followed by free time to shop, or take a gondola ride with that "special someone" (please note - while three is usually a crowd, six will make your gondola ride much less expensive!). In the evening we'll gather together again for an impromptu concert right on the Square.

Then it's on to Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart, where you'll check into our hotel and have dinner. (about 4 hours from Villach to Salzburg) Devotions before we go to bed.
Day 5
Today we will enjoy Salzburg, the city of music. The hills will indeed seem "alive with the sound of music" as you enjoy viewing Mozart's birthplace and sites from The Sound of Music movie such as the Mirabell Gardens. As your walking tour continues, you will also visit the Domplatz, the Dom Cathedral (where Mozart was baptized) and enter the Hohensalzburg Fortress - the only fortress to never be conquered. Perhaps you're up to the challenge! In the afternoon, we'll visit the famous Hellbrunn Palace and try not to get wet by the mysteriously hidden trick fountains. Your second concert performance will occur in the evening. Devotions before we go to bed.
