Day 1

Following your arrival in Los Angeles, you will head to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and see the world famous Hollywood sign as well as Kodak Theater, home of the Academy Awards ceremony. Later, you will enjoy a movie at one of L.A.'s famous movie theaters, such as the Egyptian, El Capitan or Mann's Chinese Theater, and then the group will take an afternoon drive through Sunset Boulevard and a visit to Rodeo Drive. In the early evening, you will head to Santa Monica Pier or Venice Beach for some shopping, sightseeing and dinner. This full day will close with devotions at the hotel.

Day 2

This morning the group will volunteer at either the Los Angeles Rescue Mission or the Dream Center. Your ministry could include serving meals, sorting donated items or a assisting with a cleaning project. In the afternoon you will grab your board and head to Huntington Beach – Surf City, USA – home to the U.S. Open of Surfing and AVP Pro Beach Volleyball. You will enjoy a day catching some waves, visiting the numerous shops, or just lying in the sun. The group will return to the hotel for devotions in the evening.

Day 3

Following breakfast, the group will set out for a full day of fun at one of L.A.’s amazing theme parks, such as Universal Studios, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm or Magic Mountain. You will return to the hotel in the evening to share a time of devotions.

Day 4

This morning, the group will sail 26 miles from the California coast to Catalina Island. You will have the option to snorkel, take a glass-bottomed boat ride, explore the island on bike, or simply enjoy the beach and shop at the many local shops. You will sail back in the early evening and have a time of devotion back at the hotel.

Day 5

Before departing L.A. for home, you will have time for last-minute shopping at the Los Angeles Farmer’s Market, the first in the country, and at the Grove, an ultra-hip shopping destination.
