Day 1
Following your arrival in Atlanta, Georgia, you will spend the afternoon visiting the Ivan Allen Jr. Braves Museum, touring Turner Field – home of the Atlanta Braves, and if one is scheduled, you’ll also attend a Braves baseball game. The evening will close with devotions at the hotel.
Day 2
This morning the group will visit Georgia Aquarium, the largest aquarium in the world. You will experience whale sharks, beluga whales and other aquatic life living in the eight million gallons of water contained in this aquarium. After lunch, you will have opportunity to minister to the people of Atlanta with a local ministry such as a homeless shelter, youth home or church. Devotions at the hotel will round out the day.
Day 3
Your day begins with a visit to The Carter Center, and Martin Luther King, Jr. Monument and church. Afterward, the group will head to the Atlanta Underground, home of the Atlanta railroad industry that is now a shopping and dining destination. In the evening, you’ll visit Stone Mountain and the many different attractions in this area before closing the day with devotions at the hotel.
Day 4
Today you will visit the World of Coca-Cola where students will able to taste samples of Coke from around the world. Later, the group will visit Centennial Olympic Park to wrap up a wonderful, fun-filled time in Atlanta.
